Welcome to Dance! 

 

My name is Mrs. Santos. I am from Puerto Rico and am a passionate educator and mover. 

 

Dance has multiple benefits, including improving cardiovascular health, improves strength and muscle tone, boosts flexibility and balance, boosts cognitive function, reduces stress and anxiety, increases self-confidence and fosters social connections. 

 

*Remember the Uniform for class: 

 

  • Fully dress out: All BLACK comfortable attire must be worn. Options include: Black yoga pants, dance pants, sweatpants, black top or t-shirt and socks. No tank tops or crop tops are allowed. 
  • Hair must be off your face.
  • Stomach, chest and buttocks must be fully covered to be prepared for class. No see through shirts. 
  • No dangling jewelry allowed. Small post earrings are acceptable.
  • **ANY COLOR FRIDAYS: You can use any color or school merchandise for class on Fridays.
