Welcome to a new semester! In the Fall Semester I will be teaching CP English 3 and Advanced English 3. I will be using this section of the website to provide updates on what we are working on throughout the semester. You will also find links to the left for other valuable information including links Remind and the syllabus for each course I teach.
CP English 3 -We will be starting the semester with our earliest American literature from the Colonial period and then we will be starting our first novel, The Color of Water. We will also be reviewing vocabulary and grammar through daily warm ups.
Advanced English 3 - We will be starting the semester with our earliest American literature and our first novel, The Secret Life of Bees. In addition, we will be completing units that explore the foundations of grammar on an indepth level and SAT vocabulary.
