Respect-

 

Always be Respectful of all things and persons in class.

 

1. Be Kind and Courteous to all classmates and teachers.
2. Treat and Keep all Technology neat, organized, returned, and handled properly at all times.
3. (Photo) Use proper sign out forms for cameras, return the very next school day so others may use them.  
4. NO CELL PHONE usage - UNLESS for camera, assignment, and/or Music.
   1. No SOCIAL MEDIA at all during class time- ZERO tolerance will be in effect for anyone filming other students, teachers, or persons in class- UNLESS filming is for a project or directed by administration/teacher.
   2. No Movies, TV, or other Apps being watched during class.
5. Don’t talk while teachers, speakers, classmates, and/or presenters are presenting materials.
6. Raise your hand when in need of attention.
7. Participate in Lectures.
8. Use chargers and power strips for phones- DO NOT PLUG THEM INTO YOUR ASSIGNED COMPUTER.
9. Come to class prepared EVERYDAY.
10. Charge batteries for cameras and keep computers on chargers when you are finished using them.
11. Replenish or report missing or needed items. ( paper in printer, missing SD cards, missing or misplaced materials)
12. USE THE HALL PASS PROPERLY.                                                                    

 

Responsibility-

 

As a young adult you are already responsible for many things. Please don’t forget how you need to behave when you get to school.

 

1. Be on Time to class, if you are late make sure you have a signed late pass, and email is sent by the teacher, or a phone call is received to Mrs. Benson.
2. Carry the Hall Pass filled out correctly when leaving the classroom, return it to Mrs. Benson’s desk immediately when returning to class. Hall Pass is given to those that need to use the Lav or certain explained circumstance.
3. Always be prepared for CLASS !
   1. Binders, papers (photo), notes, assignments, and technology must be accounted for during every class.  
4. Hand in Assignments on TIME to Google Classroom and/or to Mrs. Benson on deadline day. If there is a problem make sure you stay after school, email, or contact Mrs. Benson immediately.
5. Cooperate with others on projects, sharing equipment, and sharing workspace.
6. Use technology APPROPRIATELY! (Internet, cell phones, and cameras)
7. Use intended Programs Appropriately.
8. Only print work that is completed and approved to print.
9. Do not eat or drink near any devices.
10. KEEP WORKSPACE NEAT AND ORGANIZED.

 

Consequences will ensue to those who break rules.

1. A warning will be issued for minor infractions.

2. Second offense will warrant an after school detention.

3. Third offense will warrant a write up/office referral.

 

PLEASE NOTE: there is a new rule in effect for headphone usage.

All social media offenses will be referred to ACI and/or immediate office referral.
