  • You must bring your textbook*, a notebook, and a writing instrument to class every day unless otherwise directed. If you forget any of these materials, you must get them before class begins.

 

  • If you are late to class, you must have a pass: otherwise you will receive a detention for the following day.

 

  • If you are absent, it is your responsibility to make up all missed work. This includes warm-ups, notes, class examples and homework. If you are absent on the day of a test or quiz, you must make it up the day you return to class or must come in after school to do so. All make up quizzes must be done before the Chapter Test. Tests must be made up before the end of the next chapter. If you are absent the day before a test or quiz you may choose to take it with the class or make it up after school the following day.

 

  • All school rules will be enforced. This includes:
    • No food or beverages allowed to be consumed in the classroom or hallway.
    • No hats, bandannas, or sunglasses worn anywhere on your person.
    • Electronic equipment (other than the required calculators) must be turned off and put away (not visible).  
      NO CELL PHONES!

                     Any such items will be confiscated and/or discarded.

 

  • The school dress code will be strictly enforced.
    • All shirt straps must be the required width
    • All shorts/skirts must be the appropriate lengths
    • No inappropriate words or pictures on clothing (even implied)

 

  • Please take care of all personal business before class begins.  Passes will be given to the lav or nurse only, and then only once all work has been completed.

highlighter(s) or colored pencils

graphing calculator (optional)
